U.S. SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $1.99 for orders under $35.

Orders of $35 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries and regions available at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and available shipping options.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. What Tha Herb is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
